Chris Brown Slashes Collaboration with his Ex-Girlfriend From 'X' Album

Chris Brown's recent breakup with on and off-again girlfriend Rihanna is affecting more than just his personal life.

The 24-year-old musician was set to feature Rihanna on his next album, "X." Since the split, however, Brown has reportedly decided against including the duet with Rih.

"Just saw the working tracklist for 'X' yesterday Rihanna is not on there," an unnamed source told Hollywood Life. "Record execs wanted that song on there, but Chris said he would rather not and wouldn’t allow the record to be released unless they took it off."

After working with Rihanna for a track called "Nobody’s Business" off of the Barbadian beauty's 2012 album "Unapologetic," Brown had been hyping fans for another duet.
"So we did 'Nobody's Business' for her album, and then I wrote a song, it's called 'Put It Up.' It's more of an R&B record," Brown told MTV in April. "I wanted to do an R&B record with Rihanna because I didn't want it to be the same four-on-the-floor, pop. At the end of the day, that's what they expect from us, so I wanted to do more of a record that nobody really heard her sing on as far as that genre."
Brown's sixth album, "X," will hit provisions on July 16.

Nelson Mandela In Critical Condition

Nelson Mandela's health has deteriorated and he is now in critical condition, the South African government said Sunday.

The office of President Jacob Zuma said in a statement that he had visited the 94-year-old anti-apartheid leader at a hospital Sunday evening and was informed by the medical team that Mandela's condition had become critical in the past 24 hours.

"The doctors are doing everything possible to get his condition to improve and are ensuring that Madiba is well-looked after and is comfortable. He is in good hands," Zuma said in the statement, using Mandela's clan name.

Zuma also met Graca Machel, Mandela's wife, at the hospital in Pretoria and discussed the former leader's condition, according to the statement. Zuma was accompanied on the visit by Cyril Ramaphosa, the deputy president of the country's ruling party, the African National Congress.

Mandela was jailed for 27 years under white racist rule and released in 1990. He then played a leading role in steering the divided country from the apartheid era to democracy, becoming South Africa's first black president in all-race elections in 1994. He was hospitalized on June 8 for what the government said was a recurring lung infection.

In Sunday's statement, Zuma also discussed the government's acknowledgement a day earlier that an ambulance carrying Mandela to the Pretoria hospital two weeks ago had engine trouble, requiring the former president to be transferred to another ambulance for his journey. Pretoria, South Africa's capital, lies about 50 km (30 miles) from Johannesburg, where Mandela has been living.

"There were seven doctors in the convoy who were in full control of the situation throughout the period. He had expert medical care," Zuma said. "The fully equipped military ICU ambulance had a full complement of specialist medical staff including intensive care specialists and ICU nurses. The doctors also dismissed the media reports that Madiba suffered cardiac arrest. There is no truth at all in that report."

Mandela, a Nobel Peace Prize laureate, is seen by many around the world as a symbol of reconciliation, and Zuma appealed to South Africans and the international community to pray for the ailing ex-president, his family and the medical team attending to him.

The ruling party expressed concern about the deterioration in Mandela's health.

It’s an album with numerous emotional layers as well. As a Billboards pay particular attention to New Slaves a cut West played on SNL after having projections of his face singing it displayed on buildings around the world. This album version is just as glutinous Billboard writes. It drastically transforms into something soulful and visceral at the end, with West hopping on the voice-altering device Auto-Tune to sing.

Rolling Stone’s Jon Dolan agrees. “If the overall feel is jarring, the sonic palette is as typically rich as ever. There's bunker-club hipster dance music, ring-the-alarm Jamaican dance hall, forlorn Auto-Tune soul, crackling old-soul samples and downcast techno rap,” he writes. “Yeezus is the darkest, most extreme music Kanye has ever cooked up.”

Dolan also shouts out executive co-producer Rick Rubin, who “gets a beard-load of credit for helping make what could've been an assaulting overload feel contained and of a piece. He and Kanye deployed a less-is-less strategy, making sure that every conclusive hit has maximum impact.”

Amy Adams admits that she's not concerned with getting overly crazy with her diet and exercise routine, like other stars. The 38-year-old mom-of-one says six-pack abs are the last thing on her mind.

Some of these actresses or public personas who are very public about their disciplined diets, more power to them. I just don’t see the point," Adams tells Allure. "I’m just not going to be one of those people photographed in a bikini where people are like, ‘OMG, look at Amy!’ I mean, it might be OMG, but not for the reasons I want."
"Being Perfect isn't normal, nor is it interesting," she declares, adding of her looks, "I have no features without makeup. I am pale. I have blond lashes. You could just paint my face -- it's like a blank canvas. It can be great for what I do."
Needless to say, not being "perfect" hasn't prevented the four-time Academy Award nominee from landing primo roles. Right now she's on the big screen playing Lois Lane opposite hunky Henry Cavill's Superman in "Man of Steel," which is expected to be one of the summer's biggest blockbusters.

I have always wanted to be in a superhero movie, and this was my best chance — as some mere mortal,” she says. “Let’s be real here. I don’t look that good in Lycra. I do all right, but I hadn’t anticipated that I was ever going to be cast as the girl in Lycra looking hot.”

What is the Movie of this Summer?

 This summer we heard and watched a number of movies and among which Man of Steel, The Lone Ranger, and Fast & Furious 6 to mention a few but are not rated to be one of this summer and surprisingly It's a new documentary called How to Make Money Selling Drugs, which will be released in theaters and on petition on June 26.

This movie is loosely structured as a satirical how-to, showing how easy it is to make a ton of money as a player in America's war on drugs. And though the film mainly focuses on the stories of former drug dealers, along the way it lays bare the complicity of law enforcement, our justice system, and our political system. It also features interviews with, among others, Susan Sarandon, 50 Cent, The Wire creator David Simon, HuffPost senior writer Radley Balko, and Russell Simmons. (And, full disclosure, a cameo by me.)

Now, when I say "biggest," I'm not talking about budget size or box office receipts -- I'm talking impact and importance. Written and directed by Matthew Cooke, and produced by Bert Marcus and Adrian Grenier, How to Make Money Selling Drugs exposes the hypocrisy, insanity and destructiveness of America's drug war. Of course, the problem with saying a movie is "important" is that it can leave the impression that it isn't entertaining. That's certainly not the case with this film. Indeed, Cooke's goal is, as he put it, borrowing from Malcolm X, to bring about change "by the most entertaining means necessary." Or, as Hamlet said, "The play is the thing wherein I'll catch the conscience of the king." Or, in this case, the conscience of the public, which will in turn hopefully catch the conscience of the king -- aka our leaders.

But the reason the film truly feels like a blockbuster is that you can't leave the theater without being shocked and outraged by what you've seen. Even if you go in feeling like you're well-versed in the insanity of the drug war, you'll walk out stunned.

On no issue is the cowardice and hypocrisy of our elected leaders write larger than on the drug war with staggering consequences in lives and in money. Grey Hair Out Of Your Way

Researchers have developed a remedy for grey hair and a skin condition called vitiligo as study says.

In a research report published online in The FASEB Journal, people whose hair is turning grey develop massive oxidative stress via accumulation of hydrogen peroxide in hair follicles, which causes hair to bleach itself from the inside out.

The report shows that this massive accumulation of hydrogen peroxide can be remedied with a proprietary treatment developed by the researchers described as a topical UVB-activated compound called PC-KUS (a modified pseudocatalase).

The study also shows that the same treatment works for the skin condition vitiligo,reports Science Daily.

“It is beyond any doubt that the sudden loss of the inherited skin and localised hair colour can affect individuals in many fundamental ways,” said Karin U. Schallreuter.

Schallreuter is a study author from the Institute for Pigmentary Disorders in association with E.M. Arndt University of Greifswald, Germany, and the Centre for Skin Sciences, School of Life Sciences at the University of Bradford, Britain.

“The improvement of quality of life after total and even partial successful repigmentation has been documented,” Schallreuter said.
