Stay stylish Traveler

A lady ought to carry attires conferring to the place she is standard to.
For example a holiday on a beach, carry sunlit-weight resort wears like dresses that may suite the condition, short skirts and cocktail gowns in bright colors with matching fixtures and shoes.
But notably carry outfits and trappings according to the nature of destination.

And may be to add, a pair of spontaneous jeans, stylish cotton tees, sunglasses and hats are a necessity when you are travelling to a beach at-least as Rina Dhaka advises all the designers.
Whereas if you are going to a holy place, carry something ethnic and if you are fond of accessories like sunglasses and hats. I carry them everywhere, just tend to lose them.
But designer Dhaka suggests that one should carry “bright coloured lip shades, nail colours and kohl for daytime and for sunset bashes, vigor for heavy make-up, depending on the place you are going to.”

As she had been travelling all her life for her collections recently in Amritsar, and dressed like a Punjabi kudi, salwar kameez and covered her head with a dupatta. Whereas getting to markets, she wore tees, off shoulder top, jeans or palazzos and a gown or a dress when attending an evening function.
Though she is still particular about her clothing, but make-up doesn’t interest her any more.

Solar plane starts across US

The solar-motorized plane dubbed Solar Impulse, established off Friday from San Francisco shortly after 6 a.m. local time (1300 GMT) was anticipated to land in Phoenix, Arizona, 19 hours later for the aircraft’s first stop in the first-ever fuel-free transcontinental plane flight.

And as the first airplane to fly both day and night driven exclusively by the sun’s rays has taken off from California in the first stage of an attempt to fly across the US without using any fuel. It has got wingspan of 208 feet different to that of an Airbus A340 – but at 1,600 kg evaluates about the same as an average automobile, according to the developers.

The supremacy used to force the aircraft into the space is roughly comparable to the one used by US flight pioneers Orville and Wilbur Wright in their first powered flight in 1903 and a cruising speed of around 55 km per hour on average.

The Swiss originates behind the flight hype the mission as a way to demonstrate the opportunities presented by clean technologies, with crucial goals of flying around the world in a second-generation version of the Solar Compulsion HB-SIB aircraft currently under manufacture. As the Solar Impulse crew rides an electric bike alongside the plane and it takes off from Moffett Field NASA Ames Research Center in Mountain View, California on May 3, 2013. The first-ever crewed aircraft that can fly by day or night on the Sun’s mechanism alone took off Friday on the first foot of a trip across the United States. And was piloted by Swiss adventurer Bertrand Piccard, in northern California at 6:12 am (13:12 GMT) which known as the perfect takeoff.
But the restricted cockpit has room for only one person, as it is unheated and the pilot has to wear an oxygen mask because of a lack of pressurization.
Developers continue to warn their pilots not eat fiber-rich foods a day to when they are to take their flight.

NASDAQ’S Top Drawback In Facebook IPO

Barrier Street firms supervising Facebook orders in the IPO have demanded $500 million
projected in losses linked to the design imperfection in NASDAQ’s system.

As the settlement was in addition to NASDAQ’s offer to pay $62 million to compensate brokers that took losses trading in the Facebook inauguration.

And in the way of braking the camp, NASDAQ agreed to pay a penalty of $10 million, the leading ever alongside a stock exchange, for irreverenting securities laws in the Facebook initial public offering (IPO) as the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) noted in their report.
SEC mentioned the second-prime US equity market for its poor systems and decision-making during the Facebook IPO in May 2012 and exchanges had an obligation to ensure their systems, processes, and contingency planning that were robust and adequate to manage an IPO without disruption to the market as Xinhua states.

More than 30,000 Facebook commands persisted stuck in NASDAQ’s system for more than two hours yet they should have been quickly executed or canceled caused by this problem.

And till in today’s markets, disruptions in the systems are written off as mere technical hiccup when it’s the policy of the systems and the response of exchange officials that cause the most concern.
Though NASDAQ’s high-ranking forerunner decided to initiate trading before fully considering the problem, which then caused violations of several rules, including NASDAQ’s essential rule governing the price-time priority for implementing trade orders.

5 Ways on How to Deal with the 'Blindsided' Breakup

You’ve been dating someone special for several weeks. Or months. Or even years. How long you’ve been together isn’t as important as the fact that you thought you were happy. No wonder this breakup came as a surprise. And to make matters worse, his reasons for breaking up seem so out of left field and don't make any sense.
How do you cope when someone you care about ends your relationship and you’re not entirely sure why? Here are five things that might help:
1. Obsess. Let’s face it: You’re going to do this no matter what, and that’s okay (to a certain point!). It’s natural to wrestle with events we don’t understand, and if your partner’s reasons for breaking up seem lame to you, you’re undoubtedly struggling to wrap your head around it all. Give yourself permission to run through the history of the relationship, to try and figure out where things went south. Talking with a trusted friend might even help shed some light. Desperately wanting to figure things out is inevitable. It’s also part of grieving, which you’re starting to do. But even though it’s normal to find yourself obsessing over the what, how, and why of it all, this is not a place you want to get stuck. In other words, it may be an important stop on your journey back to joy, but don’t unpack your bags and sign a long-term lease.

Big Bang Theory Actress Divorces

Mayim Bialik has finalized her breakup with Michael Stone.

The divorce settlement gives Bialik 1,400sq foot, home in Studio City, California, and Stone got the 1,300sq-foot bouse in Oaks. Their kids Miles of 7, and Fred 4, have been so much considered through the divorce the couple would wish them not to be affected by the separation.
" Bialik said all is going well and she gives credit to her relationship for putting their kids first during the process. She believes it isn’t easy though. She said this while at Entertainment Weekly's Screen Actors Guild Awards pre-party on Jan. 26.
The "Big Bang Theory" star filed for divorce last November, citing irreconcilable differences. She wrote about the decision in a post for the Jewish parenting blog, Kveller, saying divorce is "terribly sad, painful and incomprehensible for children."
"The main priority for us now is to make the transition to two loving homes as smooth and painless as possible," she wrote. "Our sons deserve parents committed to their growth and health and that’s what we are focusing on. Our privacy has always been important and is even more so now, and we thank you in advance for respecting it as we negotiate this new terrain."

Kelly Rowland Breaks Down on Stage

Rowland breaks down and cries while performing Dirty Laundry her new song which she sings about Beyonce.
Kelly Rowland’s emotions toward Beyonce must be intensifying as she released her new  single “Dirty Laundry,” which is about Beyonce her Destiny’s Child colleague.
During her performance in Washington, D.C on Sunday, Rowland fell and cried while performing the song. This was at a time she was singing the lyrics “He pulled me out, he said, 'Don’t nobody love you but me / Not your mama, not your daddy and especially not Bey' / He turned me against my sister / I missed ya.”
After that last line, Rowland, who performed the song while sitting on a stool, bent over, placed her head in her lap and appeared to heave a bit. This continued for about 25 seconds as the crowd chanted her name.
Rowland then launched into the song's final chorus and wiped more tears from her eyes at its close, by which point she was standing at the edge of the stage. "I am so grateful to God that I have my girls to back me up," she said after "Dirty Laundry" was over, specifically thanking Destiny's Child. "Dirty Laundry" features frank lyrics that detail Rowland's complicated feelings about Beyonce, whose solo career has been exponentially more lucrative than Rowland's or Michelle Williams.

Microsoft is Focused on Keeping the Competition

Pad mini, Nexus 7 and Kindle Fire HD may be challenged by the brave Microsoft for its incoming 7-inch tablet arena in the near future encounter. As the Windows 8 creator is reportedly working on a new, smaller lineup of tablets under the Surface moniker that will go into mass production later this year.
However, half of tablet sales in the first quarter were smaller than 8 inches, though a 7-incher apparently wasn’t even in Microsoft’s plans last year. Microsoft's current Surface has a 10.6-inch screen. The decision was to move forward with a smaller tablet and in straight response to cheaper and smaller competitors.
Whispers of a 7-inch “Xbox Surface” tablet were heard before, but the Newsletter’s report didn’t mention of any incorporation with Microsoft’s gaming console.
Familiar plans of Redmond confirmed that initial planning for an Xbox Surface 7-inch tablet was in the works rear in November sources and apparently the tablet won’t run a full version of Windows, but instead would come with a custom Windows kernel.
But currently it indicates that Microsoft is more of competition rather than developing a video game-oriented tablet. Microsoft has yet to speak on the matter, but the company recently adjusted the Windows 8 specification to accommodate a 1024 x 768 display resolution for smaller tablets.

Major Advertisers to Suspend Facebook Ads

Facebook marketing campaigns have been suspended by major advertisers after their ads were posted near offensive posts. Major companies that have suspended include Nissan and Nationwide. The positioning is highlighted the risks of a new form of targeted advertisers.

This suspension follows complaints raised by Twittter and women’s rights organizations over the publication of misogynistic content which includes dubious images of women on the social networking site.

Targeted advertising identifies that a person is likely to buy a particular product, and then automatically places ads for that product on whatever page he or she visits.

Adverts for Japanese carmaker Nissan, Nationwide, the UK's largest building society, Unilever's Dove skincare brand, were automatically placed next to the offensive images that Facebook users either sought out or stumbled upon accidentally. To the companies' embarrassment, screenshots juxtaposing the misogynistic images with their products were then widely circulated.oen
Nationwide said it had pulled its Facebook adverts pending resolution of the situation. Dove said it was working with Facebook to have the offensive content removed and "refine our [ad] targeting terms in case any further pages like these are created".
The backlash "feels like a watershed moment for Facebook", said Christian Purser, head of digital at ad agency M&C Saatchi. "They do have to take responsibility for content if they are to continue growing their advertising."

Trillion Euros Invested to combat 'failed' austerity

International Union representatives would now wish to turn the focus on job creation and do away with the failed policies of austerity.

Members of the Trade Union at the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD) Forum believe there is a need for the world to shift its focus from harsh austerity measures since they have failed to impact nations in recession mainly those in the Euro-zone.
The main aim of the investment is to redeem economies from recession and creating jobs.
Debating against austerity measures
The austerity measures are said to have created a lost generation of youth that are hard to be accommodated by the economy.

Burrow called for a 1 trillion euro investment into infrastructure as a way to create jobs and combat the financial crisis.
Polling conducted by the unions and presented at the conference showed seven countries -- Belgium, Canada, France, Germany, Spain, UK and the U.S. -- supported, by a huge majority, investments in education, research and new technologies.
The research showed 92% of those polled supported investment in education, research and new technologies, 87% supported investment in clean energy and environmental industries and 85% supported policies to stop corporates avoiding tax. The results came from more than 13,000 online interviews over 13 countries in the second half of April 2013.

UN debates Syria Crisis

Qusair fighting as powers spar has caught the attention of UN and it has scheduled an emergency debate on Syria at the UN Human Rights Council in Geneva today (Wednesday).
The debate is meant to consider a resolution that condemns the presence of foreign troops in Qusair. This comes at a time when fights intensify around Qusair. The main worry is also the arming of fighting parties that have caused instability in the country.
This resolution has overlooked U.S and Russia’s efforts to arrange a conference to find a solution to the conflict.

The drive is also being undermined by the failure so far of Syrian rebels to agree who should represent them at any such conference.

Apple 1 Breaks Auction Record Goes for $671,400

$671,400 best ever Apple1 breaks auction record!
The machine, built by Steve and Wozniak in Steve Jobs' parent’s garage back in 1976, was sold along with the original owner's manual and a signed letter from Jobs to original owner Fred Hatfield.

One of what's believed to be only six still-working Apple 1 computers set a record at auction Saturday, selling for $671,400 in Germany
In 1976, Steve Jobs and Steve Wozniak unfilled the Apple 1 Computer to the Homebrew Computer Club and was dismissed by a majority but the proprietor of the chain called Byte Shop Paul Terrell, ordered 50 computers for $500 apiece, insisting that the circuit boards of the Apple came fully assembled.
Steve Jobs and Wozniak accomplished to yield the requisite computers in 30 days and continuously did produce more computers and sold a number of them to the friends and the others to vendors at a retail price of $666.66. Alternatively Apple 1 in December sold for $640,000, a substantial jump in price from the Apple 1 sold by Sotheby's in New York last June for $374,500 in the German auction house Breker. Saying that the demand of the machine went far beyond the realm of geekery.

An idea and a dream, that became one of the most admired, successful, and valuable companies in the world is another superb symbol of the American dream and that the “can-do spirit is reflected in this brief description of the Apple 1's genesis”.

EU-China Trade War Talk Cooled

Germany chancellor Merkel has promised to reach an agreement with china over import tariffs.
Merkel’s promise follows Li Keqiang warnings that china is not well versed with EU’s probe into pricing practices to China. This follows EU’s move to raise tariffs on China imports like solar panels and phone gears. Merkel has now proposed serious talks between the two parties.
She promised to use Germany influence in the EU to ensure positive results from the talks. She said this is because she doesn’t believe the tariffs will be of any help.
In her words Merkel said, "We should very intensely use the next six months, and Germany will do everything to ensure that the talks will really advance."
Li is on his first overseas tour and this talk is one of his planned issues. Before getting to Germany, Li visited India, Pakistan and Switzerland
Li told the press at a conference in Berlin that imposing tariffs will not only harm jobs in China, as well as development in the affected industries, but it will also affect development and endanger industry in Europe.

Washington: Republicans slam Obama Counterterrorism Strategy!

Obama’s plan to divert government policy from war grounds and fine-tune to counterterrorism strategy have been slammed again by republicans.
Republicans see Obama’s move as a projection of weakness at the moment when America should end terror networks mostly the al-Qaida. The Obama strategy is also being looked at by republicans as a way of retreating from the fight against terrorism.
This comes just after Obama’s significant speech on Thursday in which he claimed the al-Qaida is on the path to defeat and showed no immediate need to commit troops to war zones like Syria and any other countries that are currently struggling for peace mainly in the Arab world.  In the same speech Obama promised to close the Guantanamo Bay prison where terror suspects are kept.
His move is aimed at remodeling terrorists to cowardly thugs and not enemy warriors.
His speech however, left a lot of confusion and many concerned parties have responded in different ways. Graham thinks Obama’s move displays lack of resolve in regard to the middle East situation which is characterized by civil war and threats to Israel.

18 people were injured in Dagestan region, south of Russia after a female suicide bomber blew up herself on Saturday. Among the victims were 2 children and 5 police officers. The bomber was discovered to be a widow of the Islamic radicals who were killed by federal forces.
This attack comes just weeks after the Boston Marathon bombings. There are doubts of links since the Tsaenaey brothers suspected of carrying out the Boston attacks are Chechens who stayed in Dagestan before relocating to U.S.A
There are increasing face-offs between the Islamic radicals and security forces in Dagestan as the extremists are fighting to have an independent Muslim nation in the south of Russia which is mostly occupied by Muslims.
The blast was detonated in the central square of Makhachkala which is the Capital of Dagestan. The bomber is said to have used an explosives-laden belt. Vyacheslav Gasanov, the Dagestan's police spokesman confirmed.

Q10 Blackberry Keeps Toronto ahead Of US in release this month

Q10 Blackberry

As Q5 looked to be eyeing elsewhere, Toronto is now parting with Blackberry Q10.
"The Q5 could be a very significant device for the company and the end users too, as there is a significant opportunity for high-quality of the product but as the firm released its new Q10 handset in Canada’s biggest city Toronto, Blackberry Fans can now get their hands on the company’s latest smart-phone Blackberry Q10 ahead of a US release later this month.
Anticipating Blackberry device will re-ignite the affection for the global business.
This brand is expected to be popular with business users like the previous manifestations following in such a strong corporate market.
There’s been lots of constrained demand on the Q10 and fans would wonder why it was not released first in order to stop a lot of the people from jumping ship to the other touch-screen phones.

If you look at the sectors of the U.S. government, they still have thousands of Blackberry devices still use, because it’s more safe and sounding, and seen as that more reliable handset. But after a lackluster success with the touch-screen generation, Blackberry is certainly hoping the Q10 is as reliable a money-maker as its predecessors

Woman: Let wisdom shine your way

Going through my documents today I found this that I thought was important to share;-

1.      Beauty attracts men but
wisdom keeps them.
2.      Elegance catches men's
attention but intelligence
convinces them.
3.      Nagging irritates men but
'constructive silence weakens
them.
4.      The 'boy' in everyman pumps
out occasionally, your ability to
handle this, is a woman's truest
maturity.
5.      Men have secret struggles and
silent pains. Should you ever find
them out exhibit the greatest
maturity
6.      In the long-run your 'words'
matter more to a man than your
'looks'. So invest the right words.
7.       Earn a man's respect and he will
consider you the yard stick 4 all
his action.
