Everton's David Moyes About to Succeed Ferguson

Though there are so many contestants to replace Sir. Alex Ferguson, Moyes looks the right candidate for the job. His career at Everton seems to be cleared and he is set free to leave at any time. This follows an evening meeting he had with Kenwright, the chairman of Toffees. Kenwright said to Sky Sports, "At the end of the day, David's contract is up in six weeks' time and he has a right to make his own decisions. He has served this club wonderfully well."

Other major contestants for the Old Trafford job are Mourinho of Real Madrid. However, Moyes chances look high.

Moyes' exit from Everton has openned doors for Wigan's Roberto Martinez and Swansea's Michael Laudrup, who are currently topping the list in case Moyes' Old Trafford deal succeeds
