Pakistan: Son of former PM kidnapped

Ali haider Gilani, the sun of Pakistan former Prime Minister was kidnapped after a gun battle in Multan at  a campaign rally. Yousuf Raza Gilani's(former PM) personal secretary was also killed in the same raid. many people who had attended the rally were injured.

Multan is the former Prime Minister's home town.

 Khurram Shakur, a Multan police officer said,"People came on a motorbike. They also had a car with them and they opened fire and abducted Yousuf Raza Gilani's son Ali Haider in a black Honda,"

Yousuf Raza Gilani is running as an independent candidate in the current political race. he is running from two constituences.
