Robel Phillipos a friend to Boston Bombing suspect has been released but under strict conditions.
He is charged with lying to investigators of the Boston Marathon bombing. Conditions have been proposed by his defense attorney and prosecutors. The 19 year old will be under house arrest and is to wear an electronic tracking bracelet to enable authorities monitor him all through.
The proposal suggests that Robel cannot stay in own home but instead should report to the residence of a third party custodian.
