M.S Office to iPhones but confines use.

Microsoft has unconfined an app that lets Office 365 subscribers to consume Word, Excel, and PowerPoint on their iPhones today.

Don't get too animated Office fans. On Friday the giant released Office Mobile for iPhone in the iTunes Store While it's a free download, but it will only work for subscribers to Microsoft's Office 365 Home Premium and Pro-plus as known by the fans of iPhone. And it's heightened for the iPhone only, excluding the Apple's larger iPads.
Whereas Microsoft edged a bit quicker today to bringing the one app to the iPhone that's long been missing Office!

But as the marketing Manager Chris Schneider in Microsoft’s Office division said that “We do not view this as a standalone application” while chitchats of  iOS have heated up over the last few years, this release will have to predominantly limit the appeal for supplementary 350 million users of iPhones worldwide just because as Microsoft distinguished last month Office 365 has 1 million subscribers.

This app comprises of several features to let the subscribers pick up files on their phones where they left off on their computers. The Recommence Sense feature, like, taking user to the exact point in the document last viewed in Word on a Computer. Appointing on the Recent button on the bottom of the app's home page will take the user to a list of the Word, Excel, and PowerPoint apps they most recently worked on from their Computer, tablet, or phone.

It would require making work on a larger screen if Microsoft designed this app to work on iPads too, the reason why it’s not possible using it on iPads as Microsoft was tumbling with this new app. Because they never thought at any moment that it could be elective an experience.

And Microsoft is not currently offering an Android version of the app, but instead, Microsoft is heartening Android, and iPads users, to tap into its Office Web Apps services, that offers various Office programs through a Web browser.
Office Mobile for iPhone really points to rounding out that device experience.
